A native of Washington, D.C., Kathleen  received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Maryland Institute, College of Art in Baltimore, MD. She has shown work with The Museum of Contemporary Art and the Corcoran Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. She was also a recent finalist in the RSVP Directory of Illustration competition, where her work was on view at the Society of Illustrators Gallery in New York. Her group shows in San Diego have included spaces such as Artwalk, The Basile Gallery, and The 101 Arts Colony in Encinitas, CA.
